First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. If needed, adjust the quantity you wish to purchase then click the Add to Bag button.

When you are ready to checkout, you have two options to choose from. You can click the Checkout button right after you've added an item to your cart or you can click on the Bag button in the upper right hand section of every page.

When viewing the entire contents of your cart clicking on the Checkout button at the bottom right of the page will take you to the page to fill out your delivery and payment information.

Upon completing these fields, just click Pay Now. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.

We accept a variety of payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, & Shop Pay

You can request to cancel your order by contacting us at concierge@studioperdiem.com providing your order information and reason to cancel.

Items that are in transit or unable to be canceled prior to shipment are subject to our return policies and associated fees.

For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 1-5 business days. Please note that limited quantities may apply. For any other product please contact us at concierge@studioperdiem.com for detailed handling time.

After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 1-15 business days.

Order cut-off time is 2:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will begin processing on the following business day.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping. For all other orders, a flat shipping rate of $12 applies.

We hope that you love your items when they are delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they:

• Are not marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER
• Are returned in their original condition
• Include all original packaging and materials
• Have first received a return authorization from Studio Per Diem

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
